This is a petition for anticipatory bail in FIR No.120 dated 18.10.2017 under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 and Sections 3/181 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, registered at Police Station Sadar Nabha, District Patiala.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the petitioner has been declared as Proclaimed Offender and copy of the order will be supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day.
