RAKESH KUMAR JAIN, J (ORAL) In pursuance of directions issued by this Court in its order dated 31.01.2011, respondents were to decide the representation of the petitioner by passing a speaking order. The said representation has now been decided vide order dated 21.10.2015 and the petitioner has been allowed to join as Paramedical, Subsidiary Health Centre, Thuliwal and has been ordered to be paid from the date of joining, however without payment of any arrears or balance of back years. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not satisfied and has submitted that he should have been given the consequential benefits.

Be that as it may, since the direction was only to the extent that the representation made by the petitioner was to be

COCP No.1368 of 2015 #2# decided within two months and the same has now been decided, the present petition has become infructuous.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. The petitioner may, if so advised, make representation in regard to the consequential benefits as alleged to the respondents. In case such representation is made by the petitioner within one month from today, the same shall be decided within three months thereafter.
