Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Affidavit of Gurpreet Singh Bhullar, Senior Superintendent of Police, Mohali has been filed in court. Same is taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C has been submitted before the competent court and prosecution shall proceed in the matter as per law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of above, he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to pursue alternate remedy and to raise any other issue that may arise including the enquiry conducted pursuant to orders of this court.
