This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.91 dated 25.10.2016 under Sections 498-A and 406 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Fattu Dinga, District Kapurthala, on merits.
