CWP 18216/2012 filed by petitioner for her regularization as also grant of regular pay scales in terms of 2011 policy was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 14.9.2012 by directing respondent concerned to decide the representations dated 19.1.2012 and 2.1.2012 by passing a speaking order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. Now alleging disobedience of said order instant contempt has been filed.
