ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) This petition is pending since 2015 and was adjourned sine die on 31.07.2017 as counsel for the petitioner was not addressing the arguments on merits.

The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 15.05.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, vide which the petitioner was directed to be released on bail in DDR No.12 under Section 110 Cr.P.C. dated 12.05.2015 Police Station Division No.6, Ludhiana.

As per the affidavit filed by the Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana and the ADCP (Investigation) Ludhiana, the petitioner furnished the bail bonds only on 18.05.2015 and thereafter, he was released on bail and therefore, there is no violation of the order.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
