(ORAL) The petitioners seek grant of blanket bail in their second attempt without disclosing the lodging of any FIR. This petition has been filed solely on the basis of apprehension of the petitioners being arrested in some cognizable offence on the basis of a complaint filed by respondent No.7. CRM-M- No. 61090 of 2022 filed by the petitioners No.1 and 2 was dismissed by the Coordinate Bench vide order dated 28.12.2022.
