The present contempt petition has been filed for noncompliance of the order dated 03.09.2015 vide which a direction was issued to the respondents to look into the legal notice, dated 02.03.2015, served upon them and decide the same in accordance with law. As per the status report, the order has been complied with and the legal notice dated 02.03.2015 has been decided by passing order dated 11.01.2017, which has been placed on record as Annexure R-3. The said order was duly communicated to the petitioners. In fact, the Committee constituted, conducted the survey and reported 232 encroachments. Notices were issued under Section 238 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 to the encroachers and thereafter the same has also been removed.
