CHANDIGARH COCP No.1376 of 2015 Date of decision:29.05.2015 Yogesh Prabhakar
...Petitioner
Versus
Monika Prabhakar alias Monika Sharma alias Monika ...Respondents CORAM: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rakesh Kumar Jain
Present:
Mr. Yogesh Prabhakar, petitioner in person.
***** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J.
This petition has been filed for the alleged willful disobedience of the order dated 12.02.2011 passed by the Additional District Judge, Ambala.
It is submitted by the petitioner, who is present in person, that the respondent was asked to file the petition in the prescribed format and since it has not been filed, therefore, she has disobeyed the order. Even otherwise, it is an admitted fact that the respondent had filed the petition which is shown as Annexure P-2 and the same has already been decided.
In view thereof, I do not find any reason to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent.
Dismissed.
