Reply by way of affidavit of Dinesh Singh Yadav, Administrator HUDA, Hisar has bee filed in court. Same is taken on record. Stand of the respondents is that plea of the petitioners for release of land in terms of section 24 (2) of the Act has been rejected. In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Dismissed.

Needless to observe that petitioners shall be at liberty to impugn the order, if so advised.
