Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 06.11.2015 passed by writ court. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent, however, submits that a speaking order dated 02.02.2017 has been passed wherein permission for appointing Local Commissioner has been declined and department is likely to take further action as per law.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition.
