(ORAL) By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C with a prayer to set aside the order dated 09.11.2021 whereby the warrant of arrest has been issued against her by learned trial Court.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition while submitting that the petitioner would be surrendering before the trial Court and would be moving an appropriate application there for seeking the relief of regular bail and he further prays that the trial Court be directed to decide her bail application on the same day.

respondent in advance, has no objection to the above-discussed submission as well as the prayer as made by learned counsel for the petitioner. Resultantly, the petition in hand is hereby dismissed for having been withdrawn. However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within one week from today and moves the application before it for seeking the relief of regular bail, then the said application be decided, in accordance with law, on the same day.
