" A short affidavit of Shri T.K.Goyal, Director, Public Instructions (Colleges), Punjab on behalf of respondent No.2 has been filed, wherein, it is stated that in compliance with the order dated 20.8.2013 passed in CWP No.6573 of 1995, the claim of the petitioner for voluntary retirement was considered and a speaking order dated 11.2.2015 (Annexure R*1) has been passed rejecting his claim. In view of above, the instant petition has become infructuous. Disposed of accordingly.
