As per reply, a detailed speaking order dated 12.7.2018 has been passed in compliance of the order dated 3.3.2017. The same has been placed on record as Anneuxre R-1.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order dated 12.7.2018 was not communicated to him till date and the same has been brought to his knowledge today for the first time. Taking into account the order dated 12.7.2018, whereby the order has been complied with, this Court does not deem it fit to proceed with the present contempt petition.
