(Oral) The present contempt petition has been filed for noncompliance of the order dated 6.3.2017. Short reply by way of affidavit of Bharat Bhushan Gogia, Estate Officer-II, HSVP Gurugram, dated 15.11.2018 has been filed in Court today.

As per reply, a detailed speaking order dated 12.7.2018 has since been passed in compliance of the order dated 6.3.2017. The same has been received by learned counsel for the petitioner only today. In view of the aforesaid order passed, this Court does not deem it fit to proceed with the present contempt petition. The same is accordingly, dismissed.
