**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 09/13.12.2021 (Annexure P-3) vide which the salary of the petitioner was stopped. Short reply filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3, in the Court, is taken on record. Copy thereof has been supplied to the learned counsel opposite.

As per the reply, though the salary of the petitioner has been released, yet the fact remains that vide order dated 15.09.2022 (Annexure R-2) issued by District Elementary Education Officer, Panipat, the services of the petitioner has been terminated. Since the petitioner has now been dismissed from the service, vide order dated 15.09.2022, which is not under challenge, no further orders can be passed by this Court.
