The present revision petition pertains to the year 1993. However, in view of the orders passed by Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice, old matters are now being listed in the urgent list. The present revision petition is a fully burnt case. Neither the copy of the paper book nor the orders are available with the Court. Despite best efforts, the Registry has not been able to reconstruct the file. None has come forward on behalf of the parties either. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution, with liberty to revive incase anything survives.
