#& The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Articles 226/227 of the constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus by way of issuing directions to the respondent No.2 & 3 to produce the Detenue namely Diljot Kaur minor daughter of Rajneet Kaur wife of Sh. Sukhwinder Singh through her mother natural guardian and next friend Rajneet Kaur (Petitioner), resident of B31/42, ward no.13, Nandpur, Prem Colony, Sahnewal Kalan, Ludhiana, before this Hon'ble Court from the illegal detention and custody from the hands of respondents No. 4, who has detained the detenue against her rights and wishes in the interest of justice.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail alternate remedies in accordance with law.

Prayer is accepted.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. %
