(Oral) Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 11.03.2016 passed by the Single Bench of this court. Operative part whereof reads as under:- "Without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to treat this petition as representation and issue E-certificate to the petitioner, as per Annexure P-1 and P-2, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order."
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents, however, submits that in view of the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in 'Ram Singh and others versus Union of India, Writ Petition (Civil) No.274 of 2014 dated March 17, 2015, petitioner is not entitled to be considered in the OBC category.
