On 15.05.2023, following order was passed by this Court:- "The petitioner through instant petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C is seeking direction to respondents No.1 to mark the further investigation in Rapat No.19 dated 27.02.2021 registered at Police Station Division No.8, Ludhiana.

Learned State counsel pointing out State reply submitted that police has conducted investigation qua cause of death of daughter of the petitioner. During investigation, it has been found that daughter of the petitioner has died due to consuming Aluminium Phosphide and this substance cannot be added in any edible item on PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2023.05.26 18:33 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-9025 of 2022 -2account of its pungent smell and its nature of disintegration in liquids. The police has found that daughter of the petitioner was friend of Karanvir Singh and on the fateful night, they were staying in a hotel. Karanvir Singh has not murdered daughter of the petitioner.

There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 07.05.2022 and even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In the Interest of justice, adjourned to 26.05.2023.
