In compliance of the order dated 30.08.2019, the affidavit of the Tehsildar, Nawanshahar, District S.B.S. Nagar, filed in the Court is taken on record, according to which, the possession of the land comprising in Khasra No.73, 74, 75 and 96 is handed over to Gram Panchayat Village Malakpur, Tehsil Nawanshahar, District S.B.S. Nagar.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
