***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Mr. G.S. Jagpal, Advocate, has made appearance on behalf of the respondent and filed Power of Attorney, which is taken on record. At this stage, the counsel for the respondent has given a statement that he has no objection, if the petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, is transferred from Family Court, Kurukshetra, to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Khanna, District Ludhiana.

In view of the statement given by the counsel for the respondent and taking into consideration the contents of paragraph No.6 of the application, wherein, the counsel for the applicant had apprised the Court about the child born from the wedlock of the parties, to be aged about 11⁄2 years and being in the care and custody of the applicant and also considering the the fact about the applicant not having any source of earning, the transfer application is allowed and the petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act i.e. HMA/816/2023, titled 'Shubham Sethi Vs. Zeenia Rani Sonu 2025.05.23 08:47 I agree to specified portions of this document P&HHC

TA-71-2024 Sharma', filed by the respondent-husband, stands transferred from the Family Court, Kurukshetra, to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Khanna, District Ludhiana. The requisite record of the aforesaid case be sent by the Family Court, Kurukshetra, to the District and Sessions Judge, Ludhiana.

Learned District and Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, shall assign the said petition to the Family Court (Camp Court) Khanna. Even, the parties are directed to appear before the Family Court (Camp Court) Khanna, within a period of one month from today onwards.
