A writ petition was filed aggrieved that no decision has been taken on the legal notice served on the respondents raising grievance with regard to calculation of arrears. The writ petition was disposed of on 20.01.2017 directing the Chief Administrator and Estate Officer, GMADA to decide the legal notice and re-determine the amount which the petitioner is liable to pay towards arrears of allotment price of four SCFs.

The said representation was decided after sending two communication to the petitioner for providing personal hearing.
