Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and personal liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondents No.4 to 7 and further directing respondents No.2 and 3 not to allow/let respondents No.4 to 7 or anybody else to interfere with the liberty and lives of the petitioners or to harass them in any manner against the wishes of the petitioners.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have threat to their life and liberty from private respondents due to their mutual relationship.

Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3-State only. 4.

On asking of the Court, Mr.Tarun Aggarwal, Sr.DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and submits, on instructions from ASI Bhajan Dass that statements of both MEENU 2025.01.10 12:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
