Counsel for the State assisted by counsel for the respondents, submit that the judgment stands set-aside by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide judgment "State of Haryana vs Jai Singh", 2022(2) RCR (Civil) 803 and it is also submitted that a petition filed under Section 13-A read with Section 7 of the Punjab Village Common Land (Regulation) Act, 1961, is pending before the Assistant Collector Ist Grade, Yamuna Nagar wherein the adjudication of the rights of the parties will be decided.

In view of the above, the present petitions are disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
