Mr. Vikas Chatrath, Advocate, for the petitioners. Mr. Anupam Singla, Advocate, for the respondent. Nirmaljit Kaur, J. (Oral) This order shall dispose of two contempt petitions bearing COCP Nos.1376 and 1377 of 2018, as common questions of law and facts are involved therein.

Short replies by way of affidavits of Manjit Singh Narang, Managing Director, Pepsu Road Transport Corporation, Patiala dated 21.11.2018 have been filed in Court today in both contempt petitions. It is stated in the reply that although some amount has been paid but balance amount shall be paid within a span of three months. In view of the above undertaking, the present contempt petitions are accordingly disposed of.

In case the said amount is not released within three months from today, the petitioners are at liberty to revive the present contempt petition.
