ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The situation was not different even on the last date of hearing. The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 23.10.2019, vide which a direction was issued to decide the representation made by the petitioner.
Counsel for the State on the basis of the compliance affidavit filed by the Deputy Commissioner, Amritsar, submits that the necessary compliance has been made and the action under the provisions of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, is initiated. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
