Mr. Vikas Chatrath, Advocate, for the petitioners. Mr. Anupam Singla, Advocate, for the respondent. Nirmaljit Kaur, J. (Oral) Short reply by way of affidavit of Manjit Singh Narang, Managing Director, Pepsu Road Transport Corporation, Patiala dated 21.11.2018 has been filed in Court today.

It is stated in the reply that although some amount has been paid but balance amount shall be paid within a span of three months. In view of the above undertaking, the present contempt petition is accordingly disposed of.

In case the said amount is not released within three months from today, the petitioners are at liberty to revive the present contempt petition. However, it is made clear that in case such an application is moved by the petitioners, this Court shall take a serious view of the same resulting in heavy penalty.
