The petitioner is seeking regular bail in case FIR No.171 dated 04.09.2019 registered under Sections 22 and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Dirba, District Sangrur. Having argued for sometime and realizing that the Court is not inclined to agree with his submissions, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
