Vide order dated 30.10.2014, the petitioner was advised to approach the State Government also who would, if such a petition is filed by the petitioners, consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, within a period of 4 months.

It is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners that they had approached the State Government and the Government has initiated action on the petition filed by them, which is reflected from the various orders attached with the petition, but the petitioners are aggrieved with the slow pace.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and keeping in view the facts and circumstances, I do not find any merit in the present petition and the same is hereby dismissed, but the respondents are directed to expedite the proceedings which have already been initiated.
