Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Petitioners allege violation of interim order dated 28.9.2015. Admittedly, appeal was dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order thus merged with the final order passed in RSA. It is inexplicable how petitioners seek to invoke contempt jurisdiction of this court. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy.
