(ORAL) Mr. Deepak Sharma, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf the respondent and submits that vide order dated 2.12.2015 (Annexure P-1), passed by this Court, the respondent was required to decide the claim of the petitioner as set out in her legal notice dated 17.8.2015 (Annexure P-8 appended with the writ petition) and the authorities in compliance of the said order have since decided the petitioner's claim, vide order dated 20.7.2016. He has produced a copy of the said order in the Court, which is taken on record. That being so, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing substantive survives in this petition and the same is rendered infructuous and disposed of as such.
Ordered accordingly.
