***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that matter was looked into by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Barnala and speaking order was passed on October 14, 2015. Operative part thereof reads as under:- "From the up to date enquiry, perusal of documents, recorded statements of counselling done at Women Cell, it has come into light that earning of husband of complainant Rajdeep Kaur had decreased due to loss in business and resigning from job due to which she was worried about her future with her husband. Due to this reason she has filed petition for maintenance. When business and job of her husband was good, she did not have any complaint against her husband. After decrease in earnings she started raising allegations against her husband. There is no truth in the allegations made by the complainant. Therefore, the complaint is liable to be filed."
