Learned amicus curiae submits that respondent no. 1 namely Prem Chand has already died due to some serious ailment. As regards role of respondent no. 2, he submits that report of CJM, Panchkula is relevant. Learned State counsel submits that in view of aforesaid report a warning shall be issued to respondent no. 2 to remain careful in future while dealing with matters of sensitive nature and act in accordance with directions issued by Hon'ble Supreme court as well as this court. He further submits that a copy of the judgment in Arnesh Kumar vs. State of Bihar & anr. 2014(3) RCR (Criminal) 527 shall be circulated to the Districts Police Heads to ensure compliance therewith.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
