  Reply by way of short affidavit of Sh.Balbir Singh, Director Public Instructions (SE), Punjab has been filed on behalf of respondent No.1. It is stated therein that in compliance with the order dated 6.12.2013 passed in CWP No.26760 of 2013, the claim of the petitioner for consequential benefits of seniority/pay fixation etc. was considered and a speaking order dated 2.1.2015 (Annexure R*1) has been passed, wherein, 24.4.2006 is allowed to be the deemed date of promotion of the petitioner in the master cadre on notional basis. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is satisfied with the order Annexure R*1, but the necessary benefits as a consequence of the said order are yet to be granted and the

respondents be directed to release the same within a reasonable time.

In response, Learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab states that the needful will be done within two months. In view of above, no further order is required to be passed in this petition.

Rule discharged.

Disposed of accordingly.
