Learned State counsel submits that order passed on 11.09.2014 has been complied with. Inquiry was conducted and it was found that respondent no. 6 was guilty of certain embezzlements. Recovery proceedings are being taken against him. Besides, departmental action has been initiated against BDPO who was found responsible for the delay in complying with the order.

In view of above, it appears that petition has been rendered infructuous. Same is dismissed as such.
