The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0020 dated 03.05.2024 under Sections 326, 324, 323, 341, 148, 149 of the IPC registered at Police Station Lakhewali, District Sri Muktsar Sahib (Annexure P-1).
