This matter is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing due to the outbreak of pandemic, COVID-19.

Prayer in this writ petition is for setting aside order dated 17.12.2021 whereby petitioner has been deputed/temporarily transferred for a period of six months from Government College for Women, Rohtak to Government College Mandi, Harya.

Learned counsel for the State to whom an advance copy of the writ petition has been supplied at this stage, has circulated a copy of communication dated 14.01.2022 from the Director General, Higher Education, Haryana, Panchkula wherein it is stated that petitioner was deputed from Government College for Women, Rohtak to Government College Mandi, Harya due to zero faculty and being a new college. However, petitioner's request for cancellation of deputation has already been submitted to the authorities for further orders. Learned counsel for the State submits that petitioner's representation is under consideration and shall be decided within one week.
