RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to take necessary legal action against the unlawful and criminal acts of respondents No.3 to 5 and take necessary legal action upon the representations given by the petitioner. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already moved a representation dated 15.12.2022 (Annexure P-2) to Commissioner of Police, Amritsar City, however, no action has been taken thereon till date.

Notice of motion to the official respondents only. On the asking of the Court, Mr. P.S.Grewal, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State.

After hearing counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 that in case the petitioner files a representation before Commissioner of Police, Amritsar City, within a MEENU 2023.01.10 16:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-650-2023 -2week from today, the Commissioner of Police, Amritsar City, is directed to look into the same and decide it in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of its receipt.
