RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to consider his legal notice/reminder submitted by him and allocate the cluster out of the available vacant clusters Bhiwani Khera, Bhushtala, Umri and Palwal in District Kurukshetra to him since some clusters were not available due to some technical/IT problem in the portal of the department. The greivance of the petitioner before this Court is that he joined on the post of Assistant Block Resource Coordinator on contract basis on 11.09.2019 in the office of State Project Director, HSSPP, Panchkula and submitted his preference of clusters. He was allotted cluster at GSSS, Sambalkhi as at that time, preference of clusters at Bhiwani Khera and Palwal in District Kurukshetra were not available on the portal due to some technical problem.

But now clusters of Bhusthala and Umri are vacant and in this regard, petitioner has served legal notice/reminder dated 26.12.2019 (P-10) Without commenting upon merits of the case, this petition at GAURAV ARORA 2020.01.

CWP No. 209-2020 this stage is being disposed of by giving direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the legal notice/reminder dated 26.12.2019 (P-10), within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The respondent No. 2 shall pass a speaking order thereon after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, failing which, respondent No. 2, shall be liable to pay cost of Rs.25,000/- to the petitioner. This condition of imposing cost is only to prevent the petitioner to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of noncompliance of directions issued by this Court.
