Reply by way of affidavit of P. Raghavendra Rao, Additional Chief Secretary, Town & Country Planning and Urban Estates Departments, Haryana have been filed in court. Same is taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that order dated 23.04.2015 has been complied with. Speaking order has been passed. Copy whereof is annexed as annexure R1.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh in case any cause of action survives.
