The prayer in the instant writ petition, inter alia, is for quashing of order dated 07.10.2020(Annexure P-6) passed by Registrar-cumLicensing Authority, Karnal, by virtue of which the Stamp Vendor license of the petitioner has been suspended.

Prima facie it seems that instant petition has been filed by the petitioner prematurely as the matter is still pending with the competent authority i.e. Deputy Commissioner, Karnal.

In the premise, without adverting to the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to Deputy Commissioner, Karnal to consider the representation dated 15.10.2020(Annexure P-6) submitted by the petitioner and decide the same by passing a speaking order, as expeditiously as possible.
