**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 15.03.2017 passed by the writ court. Same reads as under :- "Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent o Police, Batala to look into representation (Annexure P-1) moved by the petitioner within 8 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order'. Learned State counsel submits that in case representation of the petitioner is still pending, same shall be disposed of at the earliest, in any case, not later than one month. In case, any fresh cause of action accrues to the petitioner to invoke contempt jurisdiction of this court, it shall consider imposition of punitive costs.
