(ORAL) Assailed herein is an order dated 01.12.2018 (Annexure P10) passed by learned Rent Controller, Ludhiana, vide which application filed by petitioner/tenant under Section 18-A of East Punjab Urban Rent Restriction Act, 1949 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") seeking leave to contest the petition, was dismissed and eviction petition instituted by respondent Under Section 13-B of the Act, was allowed. 2.
At the very outset, learned counsels for parties state that parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and as such instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of accordingly.

In view of aforesaid, instant revision petition is disposed of as infructuous.
