(ORAL) The petitioner has approached this Court, by way of the instant petition, for seeking the relief of issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to decide his claim qua expunction of the remarks in his ACR for the period from 28.11.2017 to 31.03.2018 within some specific time and to release all the consequential benefits along with arrears thereof to him with interest thereon @ 12% per annum. Notice of motion.

Mr. Amit Aggarwal, DAG, Haryana has joined the proceedings in pursuance of the copy of the petition having been sent to the respondentsState in advance and at the asking of the Court, he accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents.

CWP No.226 of 2021 -2- ****** Learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer to the issuance of a direction to respondent No.1 to consider and decide the representation dated 01.08.2020 (Annexure P-5), as moved by the petitioner to him, in a time bound manner.

Learned State counsel has no objection for the same. Keeping in view the afore-mentioned limited prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner and without commenting upon the merits of the matter in hand, the instant writ petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to look into the said representation of the petitioner dated 01.08.2020 (Annexure P-5) and to decide the same in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
