This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 86, dated 13th August, 2021 under Sections 307, 148, 149, 427 and 279 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Bariwala, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. After arguing for sometime and realizing that complainant is yet to be examined, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage.
