(Oral) Mr. Sharma, learned Senior counsel appearing for respondent No.1 submits that opportunity of hearing was granted to the petitioner as well as respondent No.2. Speaking order was passed by the Executive Engineer, Enforcement, on 18.07.2016. Operative part of the order reads as under:- "Both the parties were heard at length and it was ordered that the PAC(L) shall consider the plans within two months and the petitioner shall remove the violations not approved by the CHB, within one month of issue of the letter in this respect from the CHB. The appellant may be informed accordingly." Stand of the Administration is that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed in view of the aforesaid order.
