*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Criminal revision pertains to the year 1986 and the learned counsel who had filed the same is stated to have passed away. From the scanty paper book, which is already on record, address of the petitioner is not known. Neither it can be deciphered as to what is under challenge before this Court, since the entire record of the case is stated to have been burnt in a fire incident that took place in the High Court in the year 2011. 2.

In the premise, petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 3.

In case petitioner subsequently files an application along with the record of the case for re-hearing, Registry to list the matter by reviving the proceedings.
