It is apparent from the perusal of the order sheets in the present case that there is no paperbook available with the Registry and the same has not been supplied by either of the parties despite due opportunities being granted to them over the last couple of years. 2.

In view of the above, there is no option but to dismiss the present revision petition, however, reserving with the parties, a liberty to get the same revived.
