The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents no.2 and 3 to take appropriate action on the representation dated 07.07.2020 filed by the petitioner, for registration of FIR under Sections 302/420/120-B IPC against private respondents no.5 to 7.

No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the State submits that after investigation, report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. has been submitted before the Trial Court on 08.03.2021 against the accused persons and now, the case is pending for prosecution evidence. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court in the present petition. Disposed of accordingly.
